When should i get 8.1 update for my Lumia 625 not any dev

I don't quite understand the question but I'll do my best to answer:
1) you can get it right away trough developer preview program,
2) official updates are scheduled for the summer, expect you update somewhere aroung August, give or take.

All of this will come to your Lumia smartphone running on Windows Phone 8 in an update package called Lumia Cyan-starting this summer.
