That's lame. You can on in one touch but not off it. I find it balling to be honest. Any proper reason for this?

The problem isn't here, after WP 8.1 Wi-Fi connection being worse than before.
My phone is connected to the internet but my phone shows Limited on Wi-Fi icon in action center.
