Control over Light Theme and Dark Them

I love light every else except on the start screen. In outlook, you have the option to use light or dark theme, it would be great if MS let you choose where you want to use light vs dark or even more options

developers have the option to implement which theme does user want , but most of them usually prefer dark and so does not give an option to switch between light or dark theme :sad:

My app did not pass certification because it was not optimized for light theme. I HAD to do it. But this was a couple of months back. I don't know how things are right now.
