Speed Dial was the most request feature in windows phone , so here how you can use it on your windows phone 8.1 device.
Tap on The Dialer app. You will see two section history and Speed Dial . to quickly add a contact from history just tap and hold on a contact and tap on " add to speed dial " and you are done. Swipe to speed dial section and you will see a list of contacts that you have added . To add more one can press on "+" icon to add more contacts from people hub.
[TIP]To add multiple contacts go to speed dial / tap on "+" icon and then tap on one "select" option to add multiple contacts , when you are finished selecting contacts , press the " Done" option to add them in your speed dial list.[/TIP]
