Hey all, Verizon Backup Plus keeps bugging me to update it but I don't use it and don't want it. I haven't seen any way to uninstall it but is there at least some way to at stop it from showing up in the store as an update? I've rooted around in the store app on the phone and logged into my Windows Phone account online but there doesn't seem to be any way to ignore or forget apps.

You can swipe to the app list, long press on the icon and uninstall it, doesn't that work?

It doesn't show up in the app list. That's the problem. On a Verizon phone it shows up under Settings>System. I suppose if I don't activate it it won't cause a problem but I'd rather just rid of it. Failing that, I'd settle for removing it from the store as an update.
