Best process for swapping to a bigger microSD card (migrating files, etc.)

I currently have a 2GB card in my Lumia 521, but I got a deal on a 32GB one last week and I want to swap them. There are some files (music, photos I think) on the smaller card.
What is the best process for moving stuff over to the new card? Do I do that on my PC?
