Lumia 520 acting strange

I just got a Lumia 520 and reset the phone etc....but i'm having strange issues.....ANYTHING Microsoft won't load.....I can't access OneDrive. I can't load up hotmail.com, etc....therefore I can't load 8.1 on it.....the only reason I got this phone was for 8.1

Warranty? If you "just got" the phone, try taking it back.
