About Lock Screen Themes

I downloaded the Lumia Cyan Update app and was checking the screenshots. And one caught my eye. It was about the Lock Screen. You could change the layout of the Lock Screen. I went into the store looking for Lock Screen Theme there wasn't any that dis what the image showed. Long story short, is this for real? Or was it taken away?
