In need of a perosonal finance manging app.

Hi everyone.
I am looking for a personal finance managing app for my day to day transactions which can sync and is effectively free of cost.(Cost is of no issue if the app is good).also need to work/sync on both my windows and windows phone 8/8.1
I have tried money app for windows 8 which doesn't make backup (at least in non-pro version) and TOSHL for my phone, although TOSHL backs up and can be accessed via its website, it doesn't have an app for windows 8/8.1, plus requires pro account for little bit of services.
