Yesterday I bought a film ( my first one ) from the Store and then downloaded it to my phone so that I can watch it on the train ( no Wifi connection or phone connection ). When trying it today it says that there is no connection available therefore I can't watch it?? It continued to say this until I turned my phone off and back on and then it says the film needs to be downloaded again! What is going on? Where is it stored on the phone so that I can check?

For info - phone is the 1520, with WP8. ( And it looks like this will only get worse with WP8.1!)
