I cant charge mobile operator anymore

so i went to go buy some music from the Xbox Music app the other day and charging the music to my TELUS account is no longer in my wallet app. i dont recall deleting it though. does anybody know how to get it back? i tried restarting the phone with/ without the sim card but nothing works. i tried buying a microsoft card but it turns out you cant buy music with your microsoft account. i dont have a credit card so i have no alternate way of buying my music. any help?

Have you tried contacting Telus and asking them?

Did you change your region to US to get Cortana? If so, you'll have to switch back to Canada to make purchases.

Also, you can indeed purchase music with a Microsoft account, but this is also limited to the above restriction.

my region is set to canada, the only thing i havent done is call telus. but do you guys know why i wouldnt be able to use my microsoft account for music purchases?
