I'm downloading as well. I notice it is 21MB for my 1520.

All installed on both of mine now. Definitely seems to speed it up on my 1520 that had some latency issues. No notable changes on the 1020 yet. Perhaps it will help battery life.

I have the NL925 for almost a year & done all the DP updates; only had one issue being battery drains, which was rectified after the WP8.1 update 1.
