look! I got a new boot screen logo!..ow..you missed that man..wait i'll do the 2-key combo again and please don't blink this time...

I supose it's related with this (link).
  • Phones with old CPU architecture didn't received the new logo (table 3).
  • The phones with the new CPU architecture received it and these are few: 630, 1520, Icon/930. Those are the same phone that support Miracast (in the first phase, at last) (table 2).

Not sure if this helps but you can see my phones below and all of them except my 1520 have the indigo blue windows logo when starting.

Exactly, all of them (except 1520) have a CPU architecture considered by Microsoft as old but upgradeable to WP8.1. Because their „old” CPU, those devices will not receives Miracast.

If somebody observed the comments, only the users with 1520 and Icon with WP8.1 received that new logo (from 630). These 3 phones (with 930 on the way) have CPUs from a newer generation.

I don't see any connection between CPU and logo. ._. Maybe it would take a while I hope everyone get it at final release

Exactly, I don't see the connection between boot logo and CPU. A boot logo is... well... a boot logo regardless of the age of the CPU!!!
