I own a 630. I still get the blue flags, I have never had the new logo!

If you just have the blue Windows logo with no text then that is the new logo.

Come on.. Why do you need a new logo? You see it only once a few days for 2 seconds it doesn't add any value to productivity anyway..

I supose it's related with this (link).

• Phones with old CPU architecture didn't received the new logo (table 3).
• The phones with the new CPU architecture received it and these are few: 630, 1520, Icon/930. Those are the same phone that support Miracast (in the first phase, at last) (table 2).

Not sure if this helps but you can see my phones below and all of them except my 1520 have the indigo blue windows logo when starting.

Exactly, all of them (except 1520) have a CPU architecture considered by Microsoft as old but upgradeable to WP8.1. Because their „old” CPU, those devices will not receives Miracast.

If somebody observed the comments, only the users with 1520 and Icon with WP8.1 received that new logo (from 630). These 3 phones (with 930 on the way) have CPUs from a newer generation.

Exactly, I don't see the connection between boot logo and CPU. A boot logo is... well... a boot logo regardless of the age of the CPU!!!

Sign up for developer preview, install the Preview for Developers app, open it and join, then check for updates. Charge your phone before updating, recommend you keep it plugged during update.

So it seems so far only the Lumia 1520 has got new logo. 1020, 920, 520 and 1320 still have the old blue logo inferring from the post above.

same with 620,720 and 820
