People are saying the guy did not post the procedure to unlock Lumia because of apps and games. Currently has already cracked games to all Lumia.
And now:. Appx are not encrypted!
Just look at the WP Store website, and download. Appx to install manually.
Then open the file with winrar or 7zip.

While Microsoft does not fix, I doubt that will primarily create games in .Appx.

It is not so dificult to open those files.
The problem is to reedit and/or install it on a other phone.

You can not modify inside of it or else the app will be broken not install even you sideload it using powertool. each files are generated in hashes and stored in xml file which is to compare those hashes if the files are modified or not.

But not with the encrypted apps from the store.
But I have already change some apps who were installed on my phone.
Simple changes, like fore example tiles....but stil they are changes.

Just using legit apps....and no hacking.
The older version of windowsexplorer app worked before the update quite nice.
Just go in the app to d:\wpsystem\apps and copy al those files to the root of the sdcard.
Reedit them on your PC and then copy/ replace them with the existing files in wpsystem/apps.
Not al apps are there, and you can only reach the apps who are installed on your sd.

Granted it is not much what you can do, but its a start.

There are Hachtivated xap's files on the web, they can be changed also.
But for these you need a dev account to install them.

Yes it is proven but not all app is possible to be cracked. Most of my apps are from xapcn.com and they have lots of xbox games
