Microsoft card

I redeemed the voucher from gift voucher and added the Microsoft card and able to view the amount.but when I am purchasing any app it is giving 3 options credit or debit,Microsoft card,PayPal.
I selected Microsoft gift card and click on buy,it is redirecting to gift voucher app to fill the details again.
please suggest how to buy the app from store by using Microsoft gift card .
Why I am facing this issue ,am I missed any steps?

If you can see the appropriate balance, but the store will not allow you to select it as a payment, I would try one of two things.

#1: Go to the Windows Phone Store on a computer and find the app through there and purchase it. Make sure it shows the option to pay with the Microsoft Card balance.

#2: Contact Microsoft Support. Let them know the error you are having and see if they can help you purchase with that card balance.
