Actually all of the updates have been paused (for DP and non DP devices).
Some 630 and 930 owners can't even receive the 12400 build update.

dont mislead people MS said the rollout has been paused only for the devices on developer preview....

Microsoft is now releasing build 12400 of the Windows Phone 8.1 OS preview | Windows Phone Central
12400 is preview version, it's not necessary that the public version needs this update.

I was wondering why i couldn't receive Cyan on my L925 and after reading this article i downgraded to 8.0 from 8.1 developer preview, and finally i received Cyan. I hope by the time L1020 receives Cyan i won't need to downgrade my L1020.

I was wondering why i couldn't receive Cyan on my L925 and after reading this article i downgraded to 8.0 from 8.1 developer preview, and finally i received Cyan. I hope by the time L1020 receives Cyan i won't need to downgrade my L1020.

Just use Nokia software recovery tool it will download and flash the black firmware with 8.0

Will we have Cortana once we update?
Unfortunately not ? the Cortana feature is being rolled out as a separate feature by Microsoft. The roll-out has already begun in some parts of the world but we?re within the UK we don?t expect to see this feature enabled until some time in Q4. Sorry for any frustration this causes as we know Cortana is a feature many are looking forward to. As rollout plans from Microsoft progress, we?ll keep you updated whenever we know more about release dates.

Just change region to US(english) and change language to US(english) ,reboot phone and you will have Cortana. For official update in other regions we will have to wait ofc.

I haven't found any info on that, once L1020 Cyan is out (i check Nokia website frequently), i will check on my phone for update and if i don't receive it then i will know i have to downgrade first. But hopefully by that time downgrade won't be necessary...

I have a problem with downgrade. Nokia software recovery tool says that sofware package is not avaible for my phone (lumia 625). I already have Cyan, and 8.1 dp (12397.895)
