They simply say "Later this year"
So don't hold your hopes up TMo is playing pack mule in the race to push updates and make customers happy, which is what TMo is not doing. e.e

I have check the Nokia Update page and for most of the Lumia in US is available, including the 920. But it seems that At&t has not release it yet.

Now that it's almost finished downloading, I will let you know that the Fido 625 update is live. It's a 2 stage update. You will have to update to higher version of Windows 8 before going back in and starting the 8.1 update. The second update take a long time so have some spare time on your hands before beginning.

Are you sure? all phones still show "under testing" for me

I just finished the rollback to WP 8 and then grabbed the Cyan + 8.1 update on my Lumia 1520 and I live in the USA.
so they need to update the site as ATT has released it to 1520's.
