How to sideload apps from sd card without accessing store/internet??

Is there any way of sideloading apps or directly installing apps from sd card without accessing store or internet?
for example if I want to install an app not available on store then what to do?

That's only possible with a developers account.
Your device has to be unlocked.
And you can only push apps to your phone from your laptop/pc with the propper SDK's.

Installing straitforward from your phone like Android is not possible, you need the SDK
