Does anyone know how to sync time according to service provider the way they have I in android??

Selecting update time automatically is absolute crap I think

Settings/date+time/Set automatically/on

Yep, mine works fine.
"Absolute crap" may be an exaggeration. How often does it check? Are you in coverage area? Wifi/cellular? Is the network clock out? Without knowing exactly how/when/where the clock sync polls, some/all of those questions are things I'd be looking into.

Please explain what your issue(s) is/are in detail with your phone and carrier and location. Then we may be able to help you!

Well I use Lumia 1520 in Dubai and du as the service provider.

Or maybe it is because I have changed my phone region to USA?

I use wifi n in full network almost the whole month maybe a few minutes outofcoverage for some downtime for phone
