Error code 80070539

Does anyone know what this code is or how to fix it ? I can not install anything and some programs that were installed no longer work. Everything I have read has to to with computers not phones. Thanks

Have you done be basic?
Restarted the phone.
Reset the phone.

Resetting the phone will make you lose all your data, but try these methods:

Make sure you logged into your Microsoft account..
Check your time and date settings, i remember i had a similar problem, but i had the wrong time on my phone... It wasn't in Sync.

My phone is set to the correct region and area code, but I'm still getting this error. I need the current update in order to rectify a self- power cycling issue with the hardware. Are there any other suggestions for this issue?
