Camera not working on 8.1 final LUMIA 925

hi guys

im from germany. my english isnt that good. please forgive me :)

im looking for a solution for 2 days now.
everything i have found was that between the developer preview there were more people with that kind of problem but noone has solved this.

i have a nokia lumia 925. everything is original but warrenty has gone.
the camera works great on windows 8.0 but every time i upgrade to 8.1 my camera apps wont open.
sometime i get an exception like "the camera could not start"
the other times the screen just keeps black and goes back to main menu.

i have tried every developer preview and final version.

is it a problem that occurs on some lumia 925 or is it just mine?

edit : looks like "HERE Maps" doesnt work also.
i dont think that this is a hardware failure. since all works on windows phone 8.0

Have you used the Nokia Software Utility and went backwards to WP8.0 and then tried to upgrade to WP8.1? Not the DP. You shouldn't go DP and then try to get the real WP8.1.

That may be causing some of your issues if you haven't done that.

Once you have WP8.1 I would suggest doing a hard reset just to be on the safe side. I often find after a Nokia update my phone goes funny.

Be sure to backup any data before doing any of this.

i really did all the ways.
update from stock wp 8.0 thru all the updates till 8.1
update from nokia care suite to wp 8.0
update from nokia care suite to wp 8.1 developer version
update from nokia care suite to wp 8.1 final rollout version

nothing works.
currently im doing a hard reset from official wp.8.1
ill drop a line if it works. if not ill drop a line when i get a little more success.

im placing my hopes into the new wp 8.1 update 1

I have exactly the same issues and have done everything. Downgraded upgraded, hard reset, changed language, deleted temporary files, and all of the other suggestions that don't work. The only thing I can think of is to send the 925 back to Nokia for repair, even if it is a software issue. I only bought the phone a short while ago.
This is all very frustrating
