L520 unresponsive while attempting installation of WP 8.1 developer preview.

hey everyone!!
yesterday night i went for windows 8.1 developer preview in my lumia 520. every thing went right downloading, prepration, installation, but at time of migrating data set hangs. now on screen only "NOKIA" appears and disappears. plz look into this matter....:::angry::angry:

Use Nokia Software Recover Tool to downgrade it to the commercial version(WP8).

and also how to downgrade in to commercial version?? bcz my phone is not connecting to laptop also..

Above link will guide you to downgrade it to WP8 and it has a link to the exe file for the tool that needs to be installed in your PC/Laptop.
