    anyone else having this issue?

    EDIT: i have a lot of free space(8GB), have tried soft reset

    Maybe, JUST MAYBE, it's the Cyan firmware. I don't have it, and most people on DP here also don't have it.
    It's just a speculation, I could be totaly wrong here.
    Hard reset if you have the time and patience to.

    Having the same problem. Lumia 925 Singapore WP 8.1 Cyan. Anyone else facing the same problem and has an idea on how to overcome it? I don't think its because of Cyan right?

    Just had it on my wifes Lumia 820 so nothing to do with cyan as it's still running "black" firmware.

    Have tried three times now & it gets to the spinning gears then restarts after a very short time.

    Plenty of space in the storage & using wifi.

    *edit: the update worked fine on my 920.

    Well, everything went fine in my Lumia 930 (8.1 + Cyan)
