Lock screen is slow to appear after installing 8.1 Update

Yesterday I installed the 8.1 Update developer preview. Since then, when I press the power button to turn on the screen, the lock screen takes several seconds to appear (2 to 5 seconds), during which it says "Resuming..." like when you resume an app. Restarting the phone changed nothing. This is extremely annoying...

I have a Nokia Lumia 920 on which I had installed the 8.1 developer preview (the Cyan update hasn't been rolled out for the 920 yet).

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

Go to settings > lock screen > change background to "Bing" then photo.

I have lumia 520 witch black update, and I have a solution:
1. Turn on kid's corner and turn off the app.
2. Enter in kid's corner
3. exit kid's corner
4 Go in app, and make it default, and turn off kid's corner.
And you doesn't have any more problem.

I hope they'll fix that in the final version though...

An easier fix, is just to enable lockscreen passcode (use it once to unlock the screen), then disable it, and everything is back to normal. In a way, that's what happens by enabling kids corner...
