Nokia 820 stuck on (0x80188308)

Have 820 unlocked and Developer Preview which works well. Trying to update for day and keep gettinng Cant Update Phone - It's probably a temporary problem. To try again to to Settings> Phone Update. (0x80188308). Can anyone help. My Microsoft account wont update no matter what I do.

It's a known problem that a lot of people are encountering. MS is working on a fix.
