Moving data from HTC 8X to Lumia 925

HI,

Just got a new Lumia 925, previously using 8X.

I have backed up my HTC 8X to the cloud and wanted to restore it on Lumia.

When I reset my Lumia and go through the new phone installation guide until there is an option to add Microsoft Account. If I click Add it starts loading page and gets stuck on it. The only reason to stop it is to turn off the screen and on - but by that point it just skips adding the Microsoft account.

If I add the account in settings later it doesn't restore anything. Is there any reason why I cannot add the account during the installation process?

The error I get is "Can't Connect. We're having trouble signing in. Make sure you have good reception. If you do, you could try again in a little while."
