Firmware update - Cyan on nokia recovery

I have been wondering why isn't the cyan firmware not yet available with recovery tool
Because the nokia recovery tool searchs for the latest firmware available for the device.
If it is so, then shouldn't people with dev preview be able to flash to 'cyan' using recovery tool rather than downgrade to 8 for updating later.

I'm using dev preview in lumia 720(India), just noticed that recovery tool says "Searching for the latest firmware available for your device" and finally shows Lumia Black rather that Lumia cyan...

I just used it today on a Lumia 1020 that was running dev preview update 1 & was pleased to find it offered the latest 8.1/cyan update (when I was expecting to downgrade to WP8) so this helped make the process a bit shorter.

Might just take a few days to become available on the recovery tool after initial OTA release.
