I don't think there's an official Youtube app for Windows Phone. Everything is done by 3rd party devs. If you want to experience HD on Windows Phone, set IE to desktop mode, open up Youtube website and pin it to start (like an app shortcut).

I think mytube beta can play 1080p but with no audio. I'm sure any other apps can play 1080p
