USB low charge!

Has anyone actually got a low USB charge warning when plugging a USB in ??

There's a setting to notify me in USB settings

I have it happen to me sometimes.

It's ironic because I'm using the lead and charger that came with the phone. When I see the warning, I just unplug/replug and the phone charges normally.

It happens to me every so often when I plug my phone into my car which is weird since I have a 1.4 amp usb charger. I usually just ignore it since my battery app tells me it's charging at something like 30-40% per hour.
