No one can answer that. However that isn't entirely true it has been released for some models. I am using a 920on at&t and don't have the update. Purely out of guessing I would say not this Thursday but next we will get it.

I'd have to agree, tmobile hasn't said a whole lot about cyan...well none of the carriers really have. Unfortunately at&t seems to be the fastest to roll it out. You can look into flashing a new rom on it if cyan has been released for that device somewhere else in the world.

That's how I am, DP isn't overall bad in my opinion on a 920. If you k ow other people who have your device and carrier get them on twitter and bug tmobile a bit.

I've had it on my AT&T 520 for two or three weeks now. No such luck with my 822 on Verizon...

Yes cyan includes Cortana in the US

I believe that was released already and you have to downgrade to 8.0 in order to get it.

1520 on at&t WP 8.1/cyan/GDR 1.
to get the above i had to downgrade to WP 8.0
using the nokia software recovery tool.
then check for updates on the phone.
reinstall the preview for developers app -requires a free dev acct..
accept the terms and then download the GDR 1 update.
various phones on at&t are still waiting on WP 8.1 with cyan.
the 1020 just got it last week.

Just for the record, my 520 was on 8.0 when I received the update notification. I had previously installed 8.1 DP but reverted back to 8.0 because I was having issues.

My 521 is on 8.0 Black I'm pretty sure its just t mobile being slow even though they released cyan in Africa today...

nah they wouldn't target Cyan, why target cyan when you can just go straight to 8.1 itself and reach more devices?
