Multiple Accounts ?

I know I should been upgraded to 8.1, I will very soon, I promise

I want to setup multiple accounts, my phone may be used by one other person, there arrangement of tiles, apps etc will be different then that of mine. Like the desktop counterpart of Windows, I can setup multiple accounts when logging in, is this possible for Windows Phone 8 / 8.1 ?

Simply put: no

What you could do though is setting up kids corner with the apps you'd like the other user to have access to. But that's about it.
