How to Restart Windows Phone 8.1 by not pressing the power button ?

Is there any particular app for restarting or turn off Windows Phone 8.1 other than not pressing power button or by an app ? If yes, please do advice me..

You can start another start screen by tapping the windows button at the bottom but turning off requires the power button

change the region and language, it will ask you to reboot, and a reboot button will show ;p
