Skype integration

Hi,

I've just updated last week to WP8.1 on my Lumia 820. Have installed all app updates including Skype.
I'm unable to use the integration functions, for exemple while in a call change to a Skype v?deo call - the option is choing greyd out.
Or in the people hub, if I open a contact (that has the Skype contact linked) and try do call via Skype it asks me to link the Skype contact - but that Skype contact is already linked.

any ideas? Thanks

Ok, fixed it. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. All's fine now.
