Calender sync issue from phone to exchange 2003

Hi
I have a Lumia 920 with the latest OS installed. I have some issues with the calender sync with our exchange 2003 server.
all appointments i enter in the phone doesnt sync with exchange. But if i create an appointment in outlook to the exchange server
that appointment gets synced to the phone.

when i create a appointment in the phone i see that it is the exchange calender being used. Any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem.
WP 8.1 : 8.10.12393.890
Nokia Cyan update.
Nokia Lumia 520
Exchange Server 2003
Outlook 2010

Since the WP 8.1 update, when I create an appointment in my Windows Phone calendar app, it is not sync in my Outlook Calendar (via Exchange Server 2003).
When I create an appointment in my Outlook calendar on my PC, the appointment is well sync on my Windows Phone.
All others items (mails, contacts, tasks) work fine in both direction).
I tested with 2 different phones (Lumia 520 and Lumia 820), with 2 different exchange servers (both exchange 2003), the issue is the same.
