Time stamp wrong

My L925 with WP8.1 DP is suddenly showing the wrong time. Currently 3hrs4min behind. I don't have a SIM in the phone, the time zone is set correctly and it's set to update automatically.

Anyone a) know how the automatic time works on Wi-Fi and not through the carrier and b) how I can fix this problem?

Windows Phones use NITZ to set the date/time. This requires using a carrier's SIM.

It won't work using WiFi.
