Whatsapp Not Working.

I have updated my 720 to cyan last week. After installing whatsapp i have requested for a verification code. But i didn't receive a verification code. I also tried getting verification coed via call it also doesn't work. Every time it shows the error " You have recently requested your code". I am getting the same error for 2 to 3 days. I have tried re installing the app but it doesn't work. I've also tried hard and soft reset. Anyone please help me. Thanks in Advance.

It seems Whatsapp have put a lock on you. Did you perhaps uninstall / reinstall Whatsapp to much after activation? What you could do is to email support@whatsapp.com with your cellphone number in international format (+) and explain your issue. I was a few weeks ago in the same situation. I have followed this steps and was up and running after 48 hours sending my request to them.

I had the same issue once. My number starts with 06..........
Basically I had to get rid of the 0 at the beginning of my number and then I was able to receive the sms.

Yes i reinstall it many times bcoz of notification issue. Can you tell me how long will it take to resolve the problem?

Like I said it took me 48 Hours after sending my request to Whatsapp support email. I was then sorted.:wink:

you can use whatsapp on your pc check this : WhatsApp For PC
