Windows Phone - Windows Pc Internet Explorer favourite Sync

Hi all,

I have a problem with my IE favourite sync. I had some shifting around and playing around.
Now I have hundreds of wrong entries in the windows phone.
The IE WP entries look alright and I can just see them on WP. if I click in folders I see the folder favourites. favorites bar as subfolder. Another Subfolder favourites bar and a folder "new folder". and a folder Phone which obviously are my phones favourites.

Also all other folders I mentioned are empty:O but I cant delete them or anything.
tried to disable syncs of favourtes .. tried disable all syncs..nothing worked

Anyone. My favourites on the PCs are all alright. The WP Favourites are a mess. I have no way to reset them either.
Resyncing them does not work. .deleting all scyned stuff also in cloud and from all pcs does not work.
I don't even have the WP IE Favourites anywhere on the PC
