Windows 8.1 only Apps on Windows 8.1 Dev Preview

I have two phones that have 8.1 installed thanks to the Dev Preview program because Tmobile kinda sucks when it comes to rolling out new software. I haven't been able to instal a 8.1 only app (the misfit software). It is the first program I've run into this problem with. Is that a known issue with the Dev Preview? The installer doesn't actually detect the correct operating system?

Not that I have heard no. You might have to reinstall the update from DP and give it another try.

It does it on two different phones which is really strange. An 8X and a Lumia 521. If it was on one phone I'd think maybe it was an anomaly, but two different phones? Maybe something is wrong with the misfit app.
