I believe MS show follow more closely how APPLE releases their updates. They announce the time for their new update to be had by APPLE users and that date comes and apple users have the update. Why can't MS do likewise instead of this nonsense ignorance DP crap that goes on for months, release beta apps more crap, have owners come to websites like this and read about the issues people have with the new update why. Stupid people do idiotic things and for a multi-billion $$ company how is it that you're still behind the ball with respect to releasing updates for your devices, it's not like you've now started this. MS products are in EVERY COUNTRY in the WORLD!!! This DEV Preview is a waste of time, give it to the service providers only a select group of DEVS only for at least 1-2 mnths before expected public release so that when that date comes all the issues experienced would be know and ironed out and released for public usage. Why should it be any ISSUE to release updates for an OS that's crossing the line only to achieve the BRONZE medal, so little a market-share and yet providers in the US find it difficult to release updates on devices they don't market or recommend as they should as an alternative to IOS or Android.

Microsoft has always offered previews and betas for desktop Windows.

One does not need to be a developer to get those desktop Windows previews.
