Why isn't my HTC 8x booting up?

htc 8x not booting up

it has to be the update and honestly i am not happy at all. this not my fault that the update jacked my phone up and yes i have done the resets and all that what is next?

When you say the updates, do you mean the Developer Preview? If yes, then there is a certain amount of risk in using it, unfortunately. If not, then it sucks that an ordinary update did that.

As far as solutions, I'm not sure. When you say it isn't booting up, is it just freezing at a particular point in the startup process, or is it just not responding at all?

If it were a Lumia, I'd be suggesting that you download Nokia's software. I'm not sure what HTC has in that regard, if anything. I'd suggest contacting them directly.
