Is there a Glance app for Windows?

I know, after using both on a Lumina 1520 it really feels like they are missing features on my surface.

Dont think glance will be available on that huge screen, but I find myself double tapping my tablet screen after I put down my 928 )

Glad it's not just me. Dunno why but my iPad Mini never seems to wake by 'double tapping' the screen like my 1520?
