Why aren't my apps working after hard reset?

apps not working after hard reset

I just hard reset my phone but my apps are not working which were in my sd card. What to do now? And my phone detects problem in my sd card once a day and asks for scan and fix. Why is this happening?

Unfortunately the hard reset will render apps installed on the SD unusable.
You will need to reinstall those apps not working.

Scan and fix sometimes is seen if the the phone was connected to a desktop then unplugged without using the PC "eject media" utility.
My phone does this also.

Not much you can do.
If phone back-up is enabled then after the reset you should get contacts and texts back.

The apps will have to be reinstalled to card or phone.

You can reformat the card in the phone.
I would remove the SD card save anything you care about to a desktop PC or tablet.
Reformat the SD on a Windows desktop PC
I would do a full format for your SD.

Reinsert the card then the phone should ask to remount after the phone turns on.

On hard resets for my devices I haven't been restoring from back-up because problems seem to return with my saved back-ups.
Seems best to start clean.
