Can someone help me with some questions about the DP and Denim Update?

DP and Denim Update.

I Chose PFD after Cyan and now that it is time for Denim almost I have a few concerns.

1. Do I have to turn DP off if I have to get Denim when it is released?
2. If not, after Denim update will PFD have to be reinstalled or re enrolled into?
3. As DP is GDR1 update1 OS without new firmware, when the actual update hits will it just do the firmware side or the entire lot? Do I need to back up?

3. Don't think it matters as the end result will be the same, up-to-date Preview + up-to-date firmware.
You should backup things every so often in the event of disaster, not just consider it for a software update. Doubt you'll need it though.

This information is assuming no unforeseen problems arise, which is not likely.
Many recommend a hard reset after major updates, so that's worth noting.
