Lumia 920 Dead

Hello,

Last night I turned my Lumia 920 off overnight with around 30% battery. When I woke up this morning, I could not turn it on.

I then tried to charge it for 3 hours, and still nothing. I have tried resets and everything. Nothing is displayed on the display at all, not an icon. Just a black screen. Please help, I use this phone for important calls.

Are you using the original or first-party charger? Sometimes, the third-party variety don't work.

Try a soft reset, failing that a hard reset (ignore, if you've already tried).
If your desperate, you could try purchasing & testing a replacement battery.
Obviously if that fails then there's a hardware fault which will need the phone to go to a MS care point.

I think that if you use the Nokia charger and leave it charging for 5 or so hours and give it a try, it will work. When the battery is low the system goes to sleep and it won't wake up until the battery has a close to full charge.

Let us know if this does the trick.
