Why am I not able to access the internet and connect to Hotspot created by Phone on PC?

Not able to access internet and connect to Hotspot created by Phone on PC

Hi,

I am able connect to the Hotspot on different Phones created by my Windows Phone but not able to connect through it on my PC. It's saying Limited Access. Any pointers here for this issue.
