How not to delete a picture in Windows 8.1

This is so stupid I can't believe its possible.
I have pictures pinned to my screen on my Lumia 920 running 8.1 Cyan.
The pictures cycle.

I deleted a bunch of pics. The only thing I can think of is one of the pics was on my start screen when I deleted it.
Yup, you guessed it even tho the pic was deleted it still cycles thru.

Reboot did nothing, and neither did a soft reset.
Not really sure what to do next, but I thought id mention it, and was curious if it has happened to anyone else.

Open photos->settings
Tap the "shuffle now" button

I guess this is a bug in 8.1.
Anyway easy fix.

Yeah this does classify as a minor bug. Oh well...
