Is this possible? Filming and slow-mo on windows phone to make a trailer or student film?

To be honest iphone6 can record slow motion videos at 240FPS and full HD at 60FPS. I believe no windows phone till date can record full HD video at 60FPS, max they can go up to 30)fps due to camera/hardware limitations. You can try some apps but the video will not be smooth. eeven if windows phone could record 60fps HD video one could achieve slow motion video by using gopro software on PC.

I heard somewhere that the HTC One M8 could do slow motion, but don't know for sure. You may want to google that to see. I have the M8 but it is not with me at the moment.

im positive current high end lumias and the htc one can do 1080p@60fps or 720p@120fps, but you may need to wait for Microsoft to release lumia camera 6 with whatever comes after denim, that's half a year off from now

yea the irony, the biggest, most badass software company is behind this...

The HTC One M8 currently allows you to film in slow motion. It is a setting while in video camera mode. Don't know much else about it because I've not used it yet.

do you see an option for 60fps video in the video settings menu? if not, you're just watching 30fps video at half the speed which is kind of useless
