I've encountered this bug enough times I am afraid to make any changes to existing contacts.
Somebody calls me from a phone number I don't recognize, ah, it is Mr. X calling me from his office. I didn't have that number, so I add it to his contact.
Next time I want to contact Mr. X, his contact does not exist anymore, including his other phone numbers and any other information associated with his contact.
What is going on here?
Technical information: Lumia 1020, 8.1 PfD fully up to date, contacts stored in Exchange 2013 server.
