Phone never had a problem before throwing format

format phone and 217. os install firmware 55001

app not available region uk-us-ca-fr-tr- +++ gave the same error in all

i'm from turkey
system hours pasific clock and new update 234.375 and 02040.00021.15063.02002

I'd try

reset, recovery...
vpn (free) therefore, may be a problem
new microsoft account..
sysapp .... (software) test
microsoft preview.. software
app studio .. software

Store app not available (extra +info) and tetra lock screen I could install it on before..

help ? What should I do to hear my voice Microsoft ?

Tetra lock screen app has been pulled back from the Store.

So I would suggest to contact Microsoft via the Microsoft site in your own language.
