Battery Saver live tile issue

This morning I noticed a strange bug in the battery saver live tile. When I woke up it was at 42%, I remember setting Cortana as to run in background. After a while I noticed different values of battery in indicator and in live tile as 42% and 50% respectively.
Interestingly after a more while, it changed to 41 and 49%.

You can clearly see it in the images, for what I mean.

This behavior is also reported earlier but we do not know why this happens.
